Beds made on arrival.
Bed linens and towels, consistent with the number of occupants, changed once a week for stays longer than one week.
Surcharge
Provision of bed linen (10 € / set) and grooming (8 € / set) in case of change in the week.
Daily cleaning: 15 € / day
End of stay cleaning charged to the customer.
If the apartment is not in a supplement of 80 € will be deducted from the deposit.
Deposit of 250 € required on arrival by credit card or cash and returned on departure after inventory

SALE CONDITIONS
Our sales conditions:
Reservations are considered firm unless accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total stay. The total amount of the deposit will be retained if cancellation of reservation occurs less than 30 days before the expected date of arrival. The balance of the booking must be paid on arrival.
In case of early departure, and not reselling the rental of the apartment, the amount of initial stay will be retained in full, as compensation, without further.
The apartments must be vacated before 11am 00. We will do our best to make your apartment ready as soon as possible. It must, however, this may not happen until 14h from 00.
